GE Vernova is seeking a Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to help accelerate the energy transition through power, wind, and electrification technologies. In this role, you will lead the development and improvement of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and automation to deliver safe, reliable, high-quality products at scale. Partner with design, operations, quality, supply chain, and digital engineering teams to solve complex production challenges, apply data-driven root-cause analysis, and advance continuous improvement. You will provide technical leadership, mentor colleagues, and help bring innovative manufacturing solutions from concept through implementation. Responsibilities
- Lead advanced manufacturing engineering projects for power, wind, and electrification technologies.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
- Collaborate with design, operations, quality, supply chain, and digital engineering teams.
- Evaluate equipment, tooling, automation, and production systems; guide implementation and validation.
- Use data and root-cause analysis to resolve manufacturing issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Establish technical standards and mentor engineers and manufacturing teams.
