? Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. (CT); on-call coverage required for nights, weekends, and holidays
? Job Setting: Hospital-based Interventional Radiology
? Types of Cases: Full spectrum IR procedures including vascular, oncology-related, dialysis access, biopsies, drains, and embolization
? Credentialing: VA credentialing required; Board Certification mandatory

• Minimum Requirements for Consideration
  ? Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified Interventional Radiology
  ? Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS
  ? Licensure: Active unrestricted U.S. state medical license
