Steel Building Systems Project Manager

Lead planning, execution, and financial outcomes for pre-engineered steel building projects. Manage project teams, subcontractors, schedules, quality, client relationships, risk mitigation, change orders, and closeout documentation while supporting business development and ensuring safe, successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project execution, schedules, risks, and financial performance.
• Review bid specifications, contracts, drawings, and subcontractor scopes to identify issues and opportunities.
• Lead project managers, assistant project managers, and on-site teams to meet quality and client satisfaction goals.
• Coordinate preconstruction and RFP efforts with estimating and other internal departments.
• Develop client and subcontractor relationships and support business development and new project opportunities.
• Manage change orders, requisitions, meeting minutes, WIP reports, punch lists, and O&M manuals.
