Your responsibilities:
o Lead, motivate, and mentor kitchen team members.
o Foster a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture.
o Execute menus and culinary standards while contributing ideas for features.
o Manage daily kitchen operations, food quality, and service execution.
o Oversee ordering, inventory, food costs, and waste control.
o Assist with scheduling, training, and staff development.
o Maintains cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
