Senior Operations General Manager - Hospitality & Senior Living Portfolio

JDK Management Company is seeking a General Manager to lead operations across a diversified portfolio that includes hospitality, senior living, restaurant, and other businesses. In this role, you will own P&L performance, build and develop high-performing teams, and ensure outstanding guest and resident experiences. You will execute strategic plans, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while upholding JDK's family-oriented, service-focused culture based on integrity, accountability, and respect. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned business units to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Develop and execute annual business plans, budgets, and KPIs aligned with corporate strategy
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and frontline teams to ensure high performance and engagement
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective action plans
• Ensure exceptional guest, resident, and customer experiences across all locations
• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
• Partner with corporate leadership on strategic projects, capital planning, and growth initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain vendor, community, and stakeholder relationships
• Report operational metrics, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership
