Ride Attractions Operator

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking an Attractions Operator to deliver safe, fun experiences in our indoor resort attractions. In this role, you'll operate rides and attractions, perform safety checks, and assist guests with loading, restraints, and height requirements. You'll manage lines, keep areas clean, and respond calmly to guest questions and basic issues. Working in a fast-paced, family-focused environment, you'll partner with a supportive team to ensure every family enjoys a memorable, safe visit while gaining valuable hospitality and operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor attractions and rides safely according to Great Wolf Lodge procedures
• Assist guests with loading/unloading, restraints, and height or safety requirements
• Perform safety checks, inspections, and basic troubleshooting on attractions
• Keep attraction areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Provide friendly, upbeat guest service and proactively answer questions
• Manage lines and crowd flow to ensure efficient operations and positive guest experiences
• Communicate and coordinate with supervisors and lifeguards on safety or maintenance issues
• Follow all health, safety, and emergency response protocols
