Responsibilities

• Rotate through operations, project management, and materials production assignments
• Support planning, scheduling, and tracking of construction and materials projects
• Assist with jobsite and plant safety practices and compliance
• Analyze operational and production data to identify improvements
• Support quality control and testing of construction materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for leadership
• Participate in leadership, technical, and safety training programs
