Quick Facts: Location: Southeast Dallas Health Center, Dallas, TX Start Date: 10/01/2026 Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certifications: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Experience: At least 1-year post-training outpatient geriatric care Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Competitive medical benefits (W-2) Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with local, state, and federal laws What You ll Do: Provide outpatient geriatric evaluations and management of chronic and complex conditions Develop and implement preventive and primary care strategies for elderly patients Coordinate care plans involving multiple health services to improve patient outcomes Document patient visits accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR Offer education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention Manage post-acute and ongoing health issues within a clinic setting Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care What You Need: Required: Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinical experience in geriatrics or primary care Valid Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure Preferred: Experience managing chronic conditions common among geriatric patients Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills About the Assignment: This position is with a reputable clinic in Dallas dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of the senior community.
