Client Service Specialist

We're Hiring: Client Service Specialist Ramsey, NJ (Onsite)

Regency Wealth Management is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Client Service Specialist to join our team in Ramsey, New Jersey.

We are an independent wealth management firm serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. Our team is focused on simplifying our clients' financial lives through disciplined investment management, thoughtful financial planning, and exceptional service.

In this role, you'll work closely with our advisors and clients while supporting:

• Client service and relationship management

• New client onboarding and account maintenance

• Wires, ACHs, transfers, deposits, distributions, and RMDs

• Coordination with custodians

• CRM, workflow, and client data management

• Client meeting preparation and reporting

• Operational projects and process improvements

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of wealth management, financial services, or client service experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred

• Familiarity with custodial platforms, with Fidelity experience preferred

• Experience with CRM and wealth management technology such as AdvisorEngine, Salesforce, eMoney, or Tamarac

• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills

Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus a discretionary year-end bonus based on performance incentives.
