Role Description The Director of Window Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Akron, OH, responsible for overseeing all aspects of window installation, service, and operational efficiency. This role manages day-to-day scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation for window crews to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The Director collaborates with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to coordinate materials, address project issues, and maintain strong customer experiences. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, training and coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with safety and installation standards. The role also involves handling escalated customer concerns related to window projects and supporting strategic planning for growth in the window operations line of business.
