Insurance Sales Representative

Globe Life Liberty National Division: Carder Agency is seeking driven Sales & Client Management professionals to market life and supplemental health insurance to individuals, families, and businesses. In this field-based role, you'll prospect, conduct in-person appointments, assess client needs, and present tailored coverage solutions. You'll build long-term relationships, provide ongoing policy service, and develop residual income through renewals. Responsibilities

• Prospect and meet with individuals, families, and businesses to understand insurance needs
• Present and explain life and supplemental health insurance products and solutions
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation through closing and onboarding
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and provide ongoing service
• Conduct in-person consultations and policy reviews to ensure appropriate coverage
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in a performance-driven environment
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and policy changes
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
• Develop residual income through policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities
• Collaborate with agency leadership to grow territory and agency presence
