Lead Warehouse Operations Associate

Sherwin-Williams seeks a Lead Branch Warehouser to oversee daily warehouse operations in our Retail branch. In this hands-on role, you will lead a small team, coordinate receiving, storage, and shipment of paint and coating products, and ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment. You will operate material-handling equipment, uphold strict safety and housekeeping standards, and partner closely with sales and retail staff to support outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping
• Coordinate workload, assign tasks, and provide guidance to warehouse staff
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and proper documentation
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all safety, OSHA, and company policies
• Collaborate with retail and sales teams to meet customer order and delivery deadlines
• Monitor product quality, labeling, and storage conditions
• Train new team members on procedures, equipment, and safety practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
• Assist with process improvements to increase accuracy and productivity
