Event Usher - Sports & Entertainment Venues

BEST Crowd Management is hiring Ushers for Ryan Field to support safe, enjoyable experiences at major sporting and entertainment events. Ushers greet and direct guests, assist with seating, check tickets, monitor crowd flow, and enforce venue policies with professionalism and courtesy. You'll respond calmly to questions and minor conflicts, follow safety and emergency procedures, and communicate with supervisors via radio. Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide directions, venue and event information
