Housekeeping Attendant - Resort

Join Great Wolf Lodge, a leader in family-friendly travel and entertainment, as a House Attendant where you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guest experiences exceed expectations. Based in our indoor water park resorts, this role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our guest areas, ensuring a memorable stay for families and children of all ages.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the resort including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public areas, pool areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Ensure all assigned areas are kept clean, safe, and fully stocked according to the resort's standards.
• Assist with lost and found procedures, report maintenance needs, and ensure equipment is clean and operational.
• Ensure guest confidentiality, privacy, and security by adhering to company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve guest services.
• Handle and report any emergencies or accidents in a timely and efficient manner.
