Midland Management LLC is seeking a Residential Leasing Manager to support leasing operations for apartments and multifamily properties across the Chicago area. In this resident-facing role, you will respond to rental inquiries, coordinate property tours, guide applicants through the leasing process, prepare and maintain lease documentation, and help ensure compliance with fair housing practices. You will also work with residents, property owners, and maintenance teams to address concerns and coordinate service needs. Responsibilities
