Cocktail Server

Marriott International, Inc. is seeking a personable Cocktail Server to join our Food & Beverage Operations team in the Hospitality & Travel industry. In this guest-facing role, you'll provide prompt, knowledgeable beverage and light food service in our bar and lounge, ensuring a memorable, upscale experience. Responsibilities include taking and entering orders, mixing or coordinating drink preparation, serving responsibly, handling payments, and maintaining clean, well-stocked sections. You'll uphold Marriott's service standards, comply with alcohol regulations, and collaborate with bartenders and hosts to maximize guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide menu guidance on cocktails, wines, beers, and light food items
• Take, enter, and deliver drink and food orders accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with bartenders to ensure timely, high-quality beverage preparation
• Verify guest age and follow all responsible alcohol service laws and policies
• Process payments, handle cash, and reconcile checks accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station and service area
• Upsell premium beverages and specials to enhance revenue and guest experience
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Marriott brand standards
• Support teammates during peak periods to maintain smooth bar and lounge operations
