Energy Operations Technician

As an Operations Technician at BP, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operations of our energy facilities. Your role involves hands-on supervision and execution of the operational activities associated with gas, oil, and renewable energy production. Responsibilities

• Monitor and control plant equipment and processes related to gas and oil refining, as well as renewable energy sources.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and instrument equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and recommend technological or operational enhancements.
• Adhere to environmental and safety standards and regulations, participating actively in all health and safety briefings and training sessions.
• Assist in the documentation and reporting of operational data and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure the reliability of asset performance.
