Complex Commercial Litigation Associate - Sophisticated Work with Better Balance.

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate with four to six years of meaningful Big Law experience. You must have substantial experience in business disputes, complex contractual matters, financial controversies, and related commercial litigation to be considered for this role. The firm is seeking a motivated, driven Associate who wants to develop deeper subject matter expertise and establish a long term career with a pathway to partnership.

The ideal Associate will possess superior writing and advocacy skills, intellectual curiosity, and the strategic thinking necessary to contribute meaningfully to the practice. You will be joining an accomplished group of attorneys representing Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, hedge funds, private equity firms, and other prominent clients in significant commercial disputes.

Working directly with partners on litigation strategy, substantive motions, depositions, client relationships, and trial preparation, you will have increasing opportunities to take ownership of matters and exercise independent judgment. Over time, you will have the opportunity to develop your own client relationships, contribute to the growth of the practice, and establish yourself as a valued member of the firm's next generation of partners.

Compensation includes a base salary of $215K to $245K, accompanied by a liberal bonus structure and a top tier benefits package. Admission to practice law in New York is required.
