Retirement Plan Project Manager

Provide technical retirement-plan knowledge and project support for the development and marketing of 401(k) products. Coordinate projects, communicate progress to stakeholders, research market and customer needs, and monitor product performance to support business goals. This is a hybrid position based at an office in Stevens Point, Madison, Davenport, El Paso, or Denver.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project tracking and delivery to ensure assigned initiatives are completed on time and within scope.
• Deliver department-level projects and assist with cross-department projects involving multiple teams.
• Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis.
• Monitor product performance and analyze key metrics.
• Support the development and marketing of 401(k) products to achieve business goals.
