Production Assembler - Manufacturing

Marvin is seeking Production Associates to join our people-first manufacturing team building premium windows, doors, and skylights. In this full-time, Monday-Thursday role, you will operate equipment, assemble components, and inspect products to ensure they meet our high quality standards. Responsibilities include following detailed work instructions, maintaining a clean and safe work area, handling materials, and supporting continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality windows, doors, and skylights to specification
• Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures in a fast-paced production environment
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects, reporting issues promptly
• Perform basic assembly, material handling, and packaging tasks to keep production lines running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5
• S and continuous improvement activities
• Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet daily production and quality goals
• Document production counts, basic measurements, and quality checks accurately
• Participate in training, cross-training, and skill-building opportunities offered by Marvin
