RN Program Director - Adult Day Services

Centers Adult Day Care seeks an RN Program Director to lead clinical and program operations in our adult day services center. The RN will oversee health assessments, care planning, medication administration, and ongoing health monitoring for seniors and adults with disabilities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with families and providers, and promoting a safe, person-centered environment. The RN Program Director will champion dignity, independence, and social engagement while fostering a compassionate, team-based culture of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing health monitoring for participants.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Administer and oversee medications and treatments per provider orders.
• Supervise, coach, and schedule clinical and program staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate care with families, physicians, and community providers.
• Lead quality improvement, infection control, and risk management activities.
• Support therapeutic activities and daily programming that promote independence and socialization.
• Educate participants, caregivers, and staff on health conditions and self-care.
• Foster a compassionate, person-centered culture aligned with the organization's mission.
