Master Data Management & Operations Director

Lead the build-out and ongoing operation of Distribution Master Data Management. Define the strategy, roadmap, operating model, and governance practices; build and develop a stewardship team; oversee data quality and issue remediation; and partner with business and technology teams to establish trusted master data across critical domains.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a master data management, stewardship, and operations team.
• Define the MDM strategy, roadmap, operating model, and adoption plan.
• Establish data ownership, stewardship roles, decision rights, and standards across master data domains.
• Oversee data issue intake, triage, root cause analysis, exception management, and remediation.
• Maintain data standards, business glossaries, domain documentation, ownership records, and playbooks.
• Partner with technology and business teams on MDM requirements, data models, matching rules, and platform evolution.
