Graphics Technician Intern

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Graphics Technician Intern to support graphics and prepress operations for innovative, sustainable packaging solutions. The intern will assist with preparing and revising production-ready artwork, supporting plate-making and color management, and coordinating with design and manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality print results. Responsibilities include organizing digital assets, performing basic quality checks, and learning industry-standard software and workflows, all within a safety-focused, people-first manufacturing environment that supports growth and long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, modifying, and proofing production-ready artwork and graphics for corrugated packaging and labels
• Support prepress and plate-making processes, ensuring accurate color, registration, and layout per customer specifications
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to resolve graphic or print issues and meet scheduling needs
• Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, job files, and documentation following company standards
• Perform basic print quality checks and assist with test runs to verify graphics, color, and barcode readability
• Use graphics and prepress software and equipment under supervision, following all safety and quality procedures
