Mail Security Screener

BrightKey, a leader in outsourced support services, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and security-conscious Mail Screener to enhance the safety and efficiency of our mail operations. Within this role, you will be responsible for diligently screening and processing incoming mail and packages to detect and mitigate any potential threats, ensuring the safety of our clients and team members. Our Mail Screeners are critical in maintaining the trust and security that define our company's success in records, inventory management, and support services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough x-ray screenings and physical inspections of incoming mail and packages.
• Identify, isolate, and manage potentially dangerous or suspicious items following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs of screening processes and findings for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Operate and maintain mail scanning equipment, reporting any malfunctions or inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with security personnel and management to continuously improve mail security procedures.
• Provide timely and accurate processing to ensure that all mail and deliveries meet client expectations for punctuality and safety.
