- Full Time
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- Employed
- Average Patients seen: 11-15
- Sign-On Bonus
- Compensation: - Base salary $255,000 - $298,500 per year- Provider incentive bonus is performance-based, not RBU or fee-for-service
