Power Plant Operations Shift Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee operational activities during designated shifts at one of our key energy facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of plant equipment and systems, managing shift personnel, and upholding our commitment to excellence and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the operations of facility equipment and systems during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to all safety, efficiency, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage the activities of shift personnel, including scheduling, training, and development to ensure a highly effective team.
• Monitor and analyze energy production data and system performance to suggest improvements and prevent operational disruptions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of shift operations, incidents, and maintenance activities in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the Plant Manager to optimize operations and address issues spanning multiple shifts.
• Ensure strict compliance with environmental policies and regulations, championing sustainability initiatives within the facility.
