Warehouse Associate

Join Duluth Trading Company as a Seasonal Warehouse Associate on 1st shift in Belleville, WI. In this hands-on role, you'll pick, pack, and ship customer orders, unload trailers, and replenish inventory to keep our durable workwear and gear moving. Use scanners and basic warehouse systems to ensure accuracy and timely processing while following all safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload trailers and pallets using manual material handling equipment
• Sort, label, and replenish inventory to designated warehouse locations
• Perform quality checks to ensure correct items, quantities, and packaging
• Use handheld scanners and basic warehouse systems to track inventory
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following safety procedures
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals for first-shift operations
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as gift sets, returns, and rework projects
