Territory Sales Manager - Healthcare Foodservice Equipment

Aladdin Temp-Rite, a leader in advanced meal delivery systems for healthcare and institutional foodservice, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for North Texas. In this field-based role, you will grow revenue by managing and expanding a portfolio of hospitals, long-term care, and institutional foodservice accounts. You'll prospect and close new business, conduct on-site product demos, and collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customer support to deliver safe, efficient, temperature-controlled food transport solutions. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within the North Texas territory for meal delivery systems and equipment
• Prospect, qualify, and close new healthcare and institutional foodservice accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, long-term care, and foodservice decision-makers
• Conduct on-site product demos, presentations, and training for customers and prospects
• Develop territory plans, forecasts, and pipelines using CRM tools
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and customer support to ensure successful implementations
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and regional events
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts in line with company pricing and margin targets
