Automotive Assembly Technician I

Rolls Royce Motor Cars seeks an Assembler 1 to support production of ultra luxury vehicles in a precision manufacturing environment. You will assemble mechanical and trim components following detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and safety standards. Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, performing basic measurements and quality checks, identifying defects, and escalating issues promptly. You'll collaborate closely with technicians and engineers, maintain 5S/workplace organization, complete production documentation, and support continuous improvement while meeting strict quality, safety, and delivery targets.
