Quick Facts Location: Atlanta, GA Start Date: 10/08/2026 Duration: Ongoing Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Hours per Week: 40 Employment Type: Full-time Licenses/Certs: Georgia medical license required; Board certified or eligible (certification within 24 months) Experience: 3+ years inpatient psychiatric experience preferred; Child/Adolescent Psychiatry Board Certification preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your tenure What You ll Do Provide inpatient psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and possibly older populations Develop and supervise individualized treatment plans utilizing psychotherapeutic and medication management approaches Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary treatment teams, pharmacy, and hospital staff Utilize hospital EMR systems, with preference for EPIC experience Address a variety of primary psychiatric diagnoses, including mood, psychotic, and substance use disorders Support patient safety, monitor progress, and adapt care plans accordingly Ensure high standards of patient care in a hospital inpatient setting What You Need Required: Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry within 24 months Georgia medical license Experience managing a wide age range from pre-adolescent to geriatric patients Competence in managing diverse psychiatric conditions Preferred: Child/Adolescent Psychiatry Board Certification 3+ years inpatient psychiatric experience Experience with EPIC EMR system About the Assignment Join a leading hospital in Atlanta, GA, providing compassionate and expert inpatient psychiatric services.
