Company Description

Silicon Beach Startup builds workflow automation software for small and mid-sized service businesses. Founded in 2010 in Santa Monica, CA, we help more than 4,000 customers - from HVAC contractors to dental groups - replace spreadsheets and sticky notes with scheduling, invoicing, and customer-messaging tools that actually talk to each other.

We're a 120-person, remote-first team with hubs in Santa Monica, Austin, and Toronto. Engineering runs in small cross-functional pods that own their surface end to end: you'll pick the stack, write the tests, and watch your own dashboards. We deploy dozens of times a day and keep on-call humane.

What we offer:
• Fully remote with an optional Santa Monica office two blocks from the beach
• 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents
• Meaningful equity for every employee, with a 10-year exercise window
• $2,500/year learning stipend and a $1,500 home-office budget
• 20 days PTO plus company-wide shutdowns the last week of December

We're hiring across backend, front end, data, sales, and customer success. If you'd rather solve unglamorous problems for real businesses than chase hype, you'll like it here.
