Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence

Abbott Laboratories seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence to lead strategies that elevate sales performance and go-to-market execution across our biotechnology and pharmaceutical portfolio. This role designs and drives commercial excellence initiatives, including sales effectiveness, territory optimization, incentive plans, and commercial analytics. Partnering closely with marketing, finance, and operations, you will enhance forecasting, pipeline visibility, and customer segmentation while ensuring compliant, data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial excellence strategy to support revenue growth across key business units.
• Lead sales effectiveness, territory design, and incentive planning to optimize field performance.
• Partner with marketing, finance, and operations to improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and resource allocation.
• Implement and enhance commercial analytics, KPIs, and dashboards to drive data-informed decisions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve go-to-market models, customer segmentation, and pricing approaches.
• Drive adoption of CRM and commercial tools, ensuring data quality, training, and best practices.
• Coach and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all commercial activities.
