- Moderate acuity Community hospital
- 63 beds for hospital
- Level 3trauma center
- Census:
- Annual ED volume 15,000
- Support Staff:
- MA, RN, NP/PA
- Multiple specialty backups
- Procedures:
- All Standard ER procedures
- EMR:
- EPIC
- Board Certification:
- Board Certified Required
- Travel:
- Hospital will cover
- Credentialing timeline:
- Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start
- Requirements:
- Active INstate license
- Active DEA in INor willing to transfer
- ACLS, PALS
