Electrical Site Manager

Role We are currently supporting a well-established M&E contractor, with a turnover of £70m, in their search for an Electrical Site Manager to oversee a £10m commercial project. This project will be based in Oxford with the scheme currently in its early phases, initially for the fit out package of this scheme. Key Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day electrical site operations for a large-scale commercial development * Report directly to the Project Director and work in close collaboration with the Mechanical Project Manager * Supervise electrical subcontractors and on-site teams, ensuring work is carried out safely and to the required quality standards * Ensure the project progresses according to schedule and within budget, addressing any issues that arise on-site * Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards About You * Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager, preferably on large commercial or M&E projects * Strong knowledge of electrical installations, systems, and site management practices * Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and sub-contractors effectively * A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining project momentum
