Roving Apartment Maintenance Technician

Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a Roving Maintenance Specialist to support multiple affordable and market-rate apartment communities. In this role, you will travel between properties to complete work orders, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues, and ensure building systems and units are safe, clean, and functional. You will also assist with unit turns, inspections, grounds upkeep, and emergency repairs while collaborating with site teams to deliver excellent resident service and uphold Dominium's high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and emergency repairs across multiple properties
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, units, and common areas
• Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Assist with unit turns, including repairs, painting, and readiness for new residents
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance and safety issues
• Maintain grounds and common areas to company standards
• Document work performed and update work order systems accurately
• Collaborate with onsite teams to prioritize work and support resident satisfaction
• Follow safety protocols, building codes, and company maintenance standards
• Travel regularly between assigned communities with reliable transportation
