Strata Legal Talent is conducting a confidential search for a Family Law Attorney to join an established New Jersey law firm with offices in Essex County and across the state.
The practice handles a broad range of matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, support, equitable distribution, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, and post-judgment matters.
This opportunity offers meaningful client interaction, substantive litigation experience, and the ability to manage matters from inception through resolution with support from an experienced, collaborative team.
Qualifications
- Admitted to practice law in New Jersey
- Experience handling matrimonial and family law matters
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent client relationship and case management abilities
- Ability to manage matters independently and work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation ranging from $150,000 to $210,000+, depending on experience
- Higher compensation may be available for senior attorneys based on experience, portable business, and the scope of the role
