Commercial HVAC Mechanic

SJS Executives LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC / AC Mechanic to maintain, repair, and install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for federal, defense, and commercial clients. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, interpreting technical schematics, and ensuring energy-efficient, code-compliant operation. The role requires strict adherence to safety standards, documentation of all work, and coordination with project managers and engineers. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC and AC systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and controls issues in HVAC equipment
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ensure systems comply with safety codes, standards, and regulations
• Document work performed and maintain service records
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and facility staff
• Respond to service calls in mission-critical environments
• Monitor system performance and optimize energy efficiency
• Follow all company, client, and OSHA safety procedures
