Lead Bakery and Deli Food Preparation Worker

Sodexo is hiring a Lead Grocery Bakery/Deli Worker to support our food service operations in a grocery-style setting. In this role, you'll lead daily bakery and deli production, ensuring fresh, attractive, and safe food offerings. You'll train and guide team members, uphold Sodexo's quality, safety, and sanitation standards, and deliver friendly customer service. Responsibilities include food prep, merchandising, inventory rotation, and waste control. Responsibilities

• Lead daily bakery and deli operations within a grocery environment, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation
• Train, guide, and support team members on recipes, food safety, and customer service standards
• Maintain compliance with Sodexo, client, and regulatory food safety and sanitation requirements
• Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and assist with ordering and waste control to meet budget goals
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service, handling special orders and resolving issues promptly
• Coordinate with supervisors on scheduling, production planning, and continuous process improvements
