Entry-Level Residential HVAC Installation Helper

Carolina Heating Service is seeking a Residential Maintenance Install Assistant to support HVAC installers on residential projects in the Greenville area. In this entry-level role, you'll help with equipment and material setup, basic ductwork, condensate and venting tasks, cleanup, and jobsite organization. You'll work on-site in customers' homes, learning professional HVAC, plumbing, and electrical practices from experienced technicians. Responsibilities

• Assist lead technicians with residential HVAC system installs and change-outs
• Load, unload, and stage tools, equipment, and materials for jobs
• Perform basic ductwork, condensate, and venting tasks under supervision
• Support startup, testing, and cleanup of installation sites
• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE correctly
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates
• Document work performed and assist with simple paperwork or photos
• Participate in ongoing technical and safety training
