Retail Brand Ambassador - Home Services

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking a Retail Brand Ambassador to represent our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services inside major retail home-improvement stores. In this customer-facing role, you'll engage shoppers, explain service options, and schedule in-home consultations for our technicians. You'll maintain branded displays, track leads, and help meet store-level sales goals. Responsibilities

• Represent ARS/Rescue Rooter brand in retail home-improvement locations, engaging walk-in customers about HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Initiate conversations, qualify customer needs, and explain service options and promotions in clear, professional terms
• Schedule in-home consultations and service appointments for field technicians using company systems or tablets
• Maintain an inviting, compliant retail display area, ensuring brand materials, signage, and brochures are well stocked and current
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals for lead generation, booked appointments, and conversion rates
• Capture accurate customer information and enter leads into CRM or lead management tools following data quality standards
• Collaborate with local service center teams to coordinate follow-ups, confirm appointments, and share customer feedback
• Educate customers on safety, energy efficiency, and system maintenance benefits tied to ARS/Rescue Rooter services
• Participate in ongoing training on product knowledge, customer engagement techniques, and company processes
• Uphold a safety-first, integrity-driven, and customer-focused culture in all interactions within the retail environment
