Job Title: IT Project Manager PMP Certified Healthcare & Government

Location: Tallahassee, FL 32399 (Onsite/Hybrid 3 Days/Week)
Duration: 12+ Months to 36+ Months
Rate: $Market/Hour on CTC (if own company) /1099

Face-to-Face Interviews: Since this position must be reported to the office 3 days a week, in-person interviews are required.

Eligibility: Open to US Citizens, Green Card Holders (No C2C / No Third Parties)

Summary: Seeking a PMP-certified Project Manager with 7+ years of project management experience and 7+ years of IT experience, including at least 4 years leading IT projects across multiple technologies and functional areas. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong expertise in project planning, execution, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, status reporting, procurement/contract tracking, meeting facilitation, documentation, and delivery governance. Public-sector, healthcare, emergency preparedness, or government project experience would be highly desirable.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
PMP certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
7+ years of professional project management experience.
7+ years of IT work experience, including at least 4 years managing projects.
Experience managing projects across multiple technologies and business/functional areas.
Strong project planning, scheduling, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with government stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
