Requirements

. Must Live in East Riverside or Moreno Valley.

Clean DMV is REQUIRED ( This is a deal breaker )

Must type at least 35 wpm and have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel etc )

Must be a self -starter and self- disciplined

Enjoy dealing with people

1 year minimum of Property management experience inspecting properties.
