Shop Helper - Production & Warehouse

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop Helper - Production & Warehouse to support daily shop operations, production activities, and warehouse functions. Responsibilities

• Assist production and shop personnel with daily operations.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and supplies.
• Help prepare materials and parts for production.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and warehouse.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and staging products for shipment.
• Perform general labor duties as assigned.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Support team members to ensure daily production goals are met.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or general labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform hands-on physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting as required.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
