Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are excited to be partnering with them as they look to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team at an exciting stage of growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is passionate about delivering high-quality work, driving cost efficiencies, and making a real impact in a growing business.

The Role:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and overheads.
• Manage project costs, tender submissions, and subcontractor negotiations.
• Monitor project expenditure and ensure budgets are maintained.
• Provide monthly cost reports and manage valuations, variations, and claims.
• Support strategic bid management and feasibility studies.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction or design and build.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Based in the Midlands.
