The Role:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, and overheads.
- Manage project costs, tender submissions, and subcontractor negotiations.
- Monitor project expenditure and ensure budgets are maintained.
- Provide monthly cost reports and manage valuations, variations, and claims.
- Support strategic bid management and feasibility studies.
- Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction or design and build.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Based in the Midlands.
