Apartment Building Maintenance Technician

Dominium Management Services, LLC seeks a Building Maintenance Technician to support our affordable and market-rate apartment communities. In this on-site role, you'll perform repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems, respond to resident service requests, and help with unit turns. You'll ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment while collaborating with a resident-focused team dedicated to integrity, accountability, and improving the communities we serve. Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency repairs in apartments and common areas (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and document work performed.
• Inspect property regularly to identify safety, maintenance, and cleanliness issues.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs as needed.
• Maintain maintenance shop, tools, and inventory in safe, organized condition.
• Follow company safety policies and building codes at all times.
• Support property management team in unit turns, renovations, and capital projects.
