Retail Assistant Manager

Lead daily store operations and sales at Abercrombie & Fitch. Oversee opening and closing, customer service, staffing, training, visual merchandising, inventory, and omnichannel order fulfillment while using business reports to guide decisions and supporting an excellent store experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening and closing routines and oversee daily operations.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom activities, ensuring strong customer service and efficient processes.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and development of non-management employees.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, support sales, and build and maintain visual displays.
• Review business reports to inform decisions and protect store assets through inventory control.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and fulfill omnichannel orders.
