Armed Security Guard Patrol

Provide armed security at a government corrections location in Raleigh. Conduct building and perimeter patrols, monitor restricted-area access, respond to incidents and alarms, and maintain activity logs and reports while delivering professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following site security procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, grounds, perimeters, access points, and parking areas.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify credentials as directed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations, coordinating with facility personnel and emergency responders.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and written reports and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
• Comply with armed post requirements, site procedures, and employer policies.
