Senior Infrastructure Services Analyst

Support and improve enterprise technology governance and control processes, coordinating across engineering, production services, risk and audit teams. Lead executive risk reporting, manage technology policies and controls, oversee assurance and remediation, and advance modernization through automation and AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and continuous improvement of technology change, software lifecycle, incident, availability and problem management processes.
• Coordinate with engineering, production services, risk and audit teams to strengthen controls and audit readiness.
• Lead executive reporting for technology risk and resiliency programs.
• Manage technology policies, standards, procedures and controls for alignment and compliance.
• Oversee control assurance, RCSA execution, compliance validation and remediation of control gaps.
• Drive governance modernization through roadmaps, automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
