OTR CDL A Truck Driver

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking an OTR CDL A Delivery Driver to safely transport foodservice products from our Phoenix, AZ hub to restaurants, institutions, and retailers across the Western U.S. You'll operate late-model equipment, complete pre/post-trip inspections, and handle loading/unloading using pallet jacks and liftgates. This role combines safe, compliant driving with exceptional customer service and accurate order verification, all in a family-owned culture focused on teamwork, integrity, and long-term growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate OTR CDL A tractor-trailer to deliver foodservice products to customers across assigned routes
• Load and unload products using pallet jacks, liftgates, and hand trucks as needed
• Verify orders, complete delivery paperwork, and obtain accurate customer signatures
• Follow DOT, safety, and food handling regulations at all times
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
• Provide professional, courteous customer service at each stop
• Manage delivery schedules to meet required delivery windows
• Collaborate with dispatch and warehouse teams to resolve delivery or routing issues
