Materials Planner

Electrolux Group is seeking a Materials Planner to support our manufacturing operations by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time and cost. In this role, you will manage demand forecasts, safety stocks, and purchase/production orders using ERP/MRP tools, partnering closely with production, procurement, logistics and engineering. You will monitor supplier performance, track inventory KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and sustainability across the supply chain, contributing to a safe, high-quality and customer-focused environment in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain materials plans to meet production schedules and customer demand
• Analyze forecasts, inventory levels and lead times to optimize supply and reduce stockouts
• Create and manage purchase and production orders in ERP/MRP systems
• Monitor supplier performance and coordinate deliveries to ensure on-time availability
• Collaborate with production, logistics and procurement to resolve material constraints
• Track and report key KPIs such as inventory turns, service level, and excess/obsolete stock
• Support continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives in the supply chain
• Ensure data accuracy for bills of materials, item masters and planning parameters
